Nauta Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates GlassJack (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our mobile application. Please read this privacy policy carefully.

1. Data Stored on Your Device

GlassJack stores the following information locally on your device:

• Game statistics (accuracy rates, high scores, streaks)
• Training progress and achievements
• App preferences and settings

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us. If you delete the app, this data is permanently removed.

2. Apple Services

While we do not collect data, GlassJack integrates with Apple services that may collect information according to Apple's Privacy Policy:

Apple Game Center

If you choose to sign in to Game Center:

• Your Game Center display name and scores are sent to Apple's servers
• Your scores may appear on public leaderboards visible to other Game Center users
• Achievements are synced through Apple's Game Center service

Game Center is optional. You can use GlassJack without signing into Game Center. Apple's collection and use of Game Center data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

App Store and In-App Purchases

When you make in-app purchases:

• All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store
• We do not receive, collect, or store any payment information
• We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed
• Subscription management is handled entirely through your Apple ID account

App Store Analytics

Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated analytics through App Store Connect (such as download counts and crash reports). This data is collected and anonymized by Apple and cannot be used to identify individual users. You can opt out of sharing analytics with developers in your device's Privacy settings.

3. Data Sharing

Since we do not collect personal data, we do not share, sell, or transfer any personal information to third parties. The only data sharing that occurs is through Apple's services as described above, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Children's Privacy

GlassJack is rated 17+ on the App Store due to simulated gambling content (blackjack training). The app is not directed at children under 17. Since we do not collect any personal data, we do not knowingly collect information from children.

5. Your Choices

You have control over your data:

• Game Center: You can choose not to sign in to Game Center, or sign out at any time in your device settings
• Leaderboards: If you don't want scores visible to others, don't sign into Game Center
• Local Data: Delete the app to remove all locally stored data
• Analytics: You can disable analytics sharing in your device's Privacy settings under "Analytics & Improvements"
• Subscriptions: Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

6. Data Security

Since all game data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a secure passcode.

7. International Users

GlassJack is available worldwide. Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no cross-border data transfer by us. Apple's services may transfer data internationally according to their privacy policy.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Since we do not collect personal information, the CCPA's data access and deletion rights are not applicable to our practices. We do not sell personal information.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date." You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
